Participate in the Challenge Ride, assisting cyclists as a first responder in the case of mechanical issues or mishaps. Contact First Aid, tech support or a ride official, depending on the incident. Carry basic repair tools and spare tubes, provided to you, as well as key event phone contacts. Assist participants on the course in a safe and efficient manner. Professional tech support and first aid will be present on the course, but Ride Ambassadors should be comfortable with the initial assessment of mechanical or medical issues, as well as comfortable interacting with cyclists of varying abilities.
