Arlington, Va. – In a race that came down to the final sprint, TIBCO-SVB’s Kendall Ryan secured her first 1st place finish after many years of taking second and third place at the AFCC’s Saturday and Sunday events. Ryan’s team rode another strong race on Sunday, giving TIBCO-SVB two first place finishes in two days of competitive cycling.
