TEAM TAPS registration participants
As a TEAM TAPS rider, you will receive a limited edition TEAM TAPS jersey. Your registration includes all the other benefits offered to General Registrants. The Armed Forces Cycling Classic Challenge Ride, brought to you by Boeing, is an amateur, non-competitive ride, open to cyclists of all abilities. The ride takes place on a course closed to traffic, starting and finishing in Crystal City, traveling past the Pentagon, up to Rosslyn and back. The ride takes place on Saturday, June 1st, and the official start is at 7:00am and all riders must be off the course by 10:00am. By selecting to be a part of TEAM TAPS, you agree to support their organizing through fundraising platform, and pledge a minimum of $200 in fundraising. Questions about the fit? Please visit Voler’s Perfect Fit site HERE, for their sizing chart. These jerseys are considered their Athletic/Club aka 'Club fit' is the a slightly looser fit than race, but still has elastic in the waist and arms to aid with performance and prevent flapping in the wind. This is a good choice for those with a more muscular upper body, or those with a bit of a belly. If you are new to cycling we usually recommend starting with a Club fit.
